[Class 81 (ii)] [Also in Group XVII] In an eye-bath a combined with a bottle closure the closure member comprises an extension, which may be tubular and internally screw-threaded as at b, or externally screw-threaded to screw into the bottle neck, or in the form of a cap which is sprung over the bottle mouth. The device may be constructed of artificial resin, glass, porcelain, or metal. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Registered Designs 814,215, 815,350, and 815,351. |
