<p>The present invention is capable of improving the retentivity of a nucleic acid such as siRNA in the blood by a carrier for delivery. A unit structure-type pharmaceutical composition of the present invention contains a nucleic acid and a block copolymer that has a cationic polyamino acid segment and a hydrophilic polymer chain segment. This unit structure-type pharmaceutical composition is electrically neutral since the positive charge of the cationic polyamino acid segment is offset by the negative charge of the nucleic acid; and the nucleic acid is covered with the hydrophilic polymer chain segment.</p>
