<p>A backlight module and liquid crystal display device. The backlight module comprises: a light guiding plate (21) that comprises a light entry surface (210), a light exit surface (211) that is in contact with the light entry surface (210), and a bottom surface (212) arranged facing the light exit surface (211); a light source assembly (24), the light emitted by the light source assembly (24) being reflected by a reflector (230) and entering the light guiding plate (21) through the light entry surface (210) of the light guiding plate (21); a back frame (23) disposed at one side of the bottom surface (212) of the light guiding plate (21); the reflector (230) extends from the end of the back frame (23) close to the light entry surface (210) along the direction close to the light entry surface (210). The backlight module conserves material, enhances the stability of optical elements, and improves the optical coupling efficiency between the light source assembly (24) and the light guiding plate (21).</p> |
