PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for injection of a quenching fluid into a reactor, with regard to a fixed-bed type catalytic reactor field which is used in hydrotreatment operation of a hydrocarbon supply raw material.SOLUTION: A catalytic reactor comprises a housing (1), and the housing (1) includes at least two beds (2) and (11) of a solid catalyst. At least the two beds (2) and (11) are separated by a collector plate (6) which collaborates with a quenching box (7). The reactor includes an injection nozzle (5) arranged in a collection region (4) displaced above the collector plate (6). The injection nozzle (5) comprises a tube including a single orifice located at the end part of the tube, and the maximum distance between the housing and the nozzle is within the range of 0 to 40 cm. The end part of the injection nozzle (5) comprises a tube-like part, and the tube-like part injects a fluid into the collection region (4) in the substantially parallel direction, and also, it is configured in such a manner that the tube-like part forms an angle in the range of -10 to +10° with respect to the tangential direction with respect to the wall of the housing (1). |
