PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve vehicle-related energy saving based on a household account book in which vehicle-related costs are described.SOLUTION: Receipt reading recognition means 60 reads a receipt concerning fueling of a vehicle to recognize character information of the receipt. A HEMS 30 adds an amount included in the character information of the receipt, recognized by the receipt reading recognition means 60, to expenditure concerning the vehicle, and creates a household account book concerning the vehicle and stores the created household account book. Furthermore, the HEMS 30 compares the expenditure concerning the vehicle with income in the household account book, determines whether or not the expenditure is at a predetermined level or higher to the income, and when the expenditure is at the predetermined level or higher to the income, displays an instruction for suppressing the expenditure concerning the vehicle. |
