PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electrode foil from extending and becoming brittle by suppressing extension of a lead-out terminal due to pressure application.SOLUTION: A first restraining tool (6-1) is arranged at least on a side face of a lead-out terminal (2), and while the lead-out terminal is restrained with the restraining tool by pressing a cold press metal mold (press metal mold 18) from the side of an electrode foil (4) superposed on the lead-out terminal, the lead-out terminal and electrode foil are connected to each other. Alternatively, a stitch needle (32) is run through from the side of the lead-out terminal (2) superposed on the electrode foil (4), and a cut and raised part (36) formed at the lead-out terminal (2) is run through the electrode foil (4); and the first restraining tool (6-1) is arranged on at least a side face of the lead-out terminal, and while the lead-out terminal is restrained with the restraining tool, the cut and raised part (36) is pressed against the electrode foil (4). |
