PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing and carrying tool for a cooling unit that can improve the operability of operations performed before the cooling unit is incorporated into an object to be cooled.SOLUTION: A fixing and carrying tool for cooling unit configured to fix a cooling unit having at least one cold plate such that a pipe for circulating a cooling fluid is connected to a hollow part and predetermined outer surfaces to which the pipe is not connected are flat thermal contact surfaces 19, 20 coming into intimate contact with an object to be cooled into a state in which relative positions of the cold plate and pipe are maintained, includes a fixed plate 11 fixing the cold plate such that the thermal contact surfaces 19, 20 are opposed to an upper surface, and a pipe fixation part fixing the pipe, and openings 22, 23 for exposing the thermal contact surfaces 19, 20 to a reverse surface side of the fixation plate 11 are formed at places of the fixation plate 11 which are opposed to the thermal contact surfaces 19, 20. |
