An electromagnetic switch is provided that makes it possible to simultaneously drive at least a main contact point mechanism and a plurality of contact point mechanisms. A plurality of contact point mechanisms (9A, 9B) are provided within a contact point accommodation case (4), and said contact point mechanisms comprise movable contact points that are arranged such that it is possible to at least separate or bring into contact said movable contact points with fixed contacts.
