The system has a hydraulic cylinder (1) for conversion of oscillation energy into hydraulic pressure, which is stored in a hydraulic accumulator (2). The hydraulic cylinder is provided as a power supply for excitation of an oscillator (3). The oscillator comprises a dielectric elastomer converting pressure into electrical power. The oscillator is actuated in a range of natural frequency. An oscillator output is connected with a power electronics unit (4). The hydraulic cylinder is connected with a shock absorber system of a vehicle. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle.
