<p>An edge lift anchor for embedment into a concrete panel, the anchor having a body including a head of generally plate-like form for releasable attachment with lifting equipment, and at least one leg extending from the head for locking into the surrounding concrete, the head having an eye for receiving a locking bolt of a lifting clutch, wherein the body has, beneath the eye, an aperture for receipt of a tension bar of generally V-shaped configuration, the aperture being elongate in a direction transverse to the longitudinal axis of the anchor whereby when a tension bar is within the aperture adjacent one end of the aperture it is offset to one side of the longitudinal axis.</p> |
