Provided is a light shielding tool which prevents outside light such as sunlight and light from a line-of-sight detecting device and the like from being transmitted through an organism tissue, arriving at a light detector, and becoming noise, for example. A light shielding tool for head blood flow measurement is used together with a head-mounted probe of an organism light measurement device, and the light shielding tool shields a region of 20 mm or more from a light detector of the head-mounted probe from light. One shape of the light shielding tool is a light shielding sheet for shielding a portion above eyes and portions beside the eyes from light. Further, another shape of the light shielding tool is light shielding glasses and provided with an upper brim portion for shielding the portion above the eyes from light and a side brim portion for shielding the portions beside the eyes from light.
