PURPOSE: An impregnated activated charcoal manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof performing a process spraying a medicine while falling an activated charcoal is provided to reduce the reduction of a medicine and the energy in a production process by manufacturing an impregnated activated charcoal through an activated charcoal supplying step, a medicine spraying step, a stirring step, and a drying step. CONSTITUTION: An impregnated activated charcoal manufacturing apparatus performing a process spraying a medicine while falling an activated charcoal includes an activated charcoal falling space formation unit(10), a medicine spraying unit(20), a stirring unit(30), and a drying unit(40). An activated charcoal falling space formation unit forms an activated charcoal falling space(11). A medicine spraying unit is located in the activated charcoal falling space and has a medicine spraying nozzle(21) spraying an impregnation object medicine toward a falling activated charcoal. A medicine spraying unit supplies an impregnation object medicine and sprays through the medicine spray nozzle. A stirring unit passes through the activated charcoal falling space and stirs an inputted activated charcoal when an activated charcoal in which an impregnation object medicine is impregnated is inputted. A drying unit dries an impregnated activated charcoal passing through the stirring unit. |
