PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an image to obtain printed matter which, even when specifically no dedicated coloring material is used, can guarantee that the printed matter is original or can trace the source of the original.SOLUTION: A latent image is generated by using at least one of a first color component in which a first coloring material is used at the time of printing and a second color component in which a second coloring material different from the first coloring material with respect to light is used at the time of printing. A background image is generated as a background of the latent image by using either one of the first and the second color components which is not used when the latent image is generated. At this time, each of the latent and the background images are generated by using the respective color components in a manner that both of the images are printed in equal color. |
