PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power connection control system and method in which, in a power failure of a power system, a self-supporting operation function can be easily changed by energy providing equipment of a consumer.SOLUTION: For each consumer, a connection control apparatus is provided which includes a switcher for connecting or disconnecting a power system and the consumer and in which, in a power failure of the power system, in accordance with an instruction from a power failure management device or the like, the power system and the consumer are disconnected by the switcher and when the power failure of the power system is recovered, in accordance with an instruction from the power failure management device or the like, the power system and the consumer are connected by the switcher. A power supply control apparatus supplies power from energy providing equipment to electrical equipment in the power failure of the power system. |
