PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting apparatus enabling controlling luminous intensity in a stepless manner using only one switch, and a luminous intensity adjustment method.SOLUTION: In a lighting apparatus 100, when a control module 500 receives a first voltage signal C, the control module 500 controls a drive module 400 to produce a first stage output to continuously increase the amplitude of a drive current D. When an activation module is switched to a disconnection state and again switched to a conduction state, the control module 500, on receiving again the first voltage signal, controls the drive module to produce a second stage output to continuously output a drive current of a fixed value, having a value immediately before the stoppage of output of the first stage, as a drive current after switched again to the conduction state. |
