PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a beverage package with good sterilization.SOLUTION: An inner surface of a container (2) is sterilized by blowing mist or gas (b) of hydrogen peroxide into the container (2). An outer surface of the container (2) is simultaneously sterilized by spraying the mist or gas (b) of the hydrogen peroxide to the outer surface of the container (2). Heated water (c) is introduced into the container (2) in such a state that the hydrogen peroxide is attached to the inner surface and the outer surface of the container (2) by the heated water (c) to thereby washing away the remaining hydrogen peroxide while sterilizing bacteria damaged by the hydrogen peroxide in the container (2). The sterilization effect of the hydrogen peroxide attached to the outer surface of the container (2) is simultaneously enhanced by heat transfer from the heated water (c), and a sterilized beverage (a) is filled into the container (2) and sealing is performed.
