PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more exactly provide information by improving the determination accuracy when determining driver's skill level for a travel route.SOLUTION: Selected routes in a travel between two preliminarily determined points, which a driver drove on, are stored as travel histories by processing in a travel history storage unit 22, and travel histories in a preliminarily determined period T are referred to determine a degree α of variance on statistics of selected routes which the driver drove on, by processing in a variance degree determination unit 24. A route skill level of the driver in the travel between two points is determined in accordance with a change rate A of the degree α of variance by processing in a skill level determination unit 27, and road guidance information according with the route skill level of the driver is set for the travel between two points by processing in a road guidance information setting unit 28, and the set road guidance information is provided via a display 14 and a speaker 15. |
