PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow accurate adjustment of a wire grid polarizer.SOLUTION: In a polarizer unit 10 including a plurality of wire grid polarizers 16 for polarizing light and a frame 14 on which the wire grid polarizers 16 are arranged side by side, the frame 14 includes attachment parts 31 for defining attachment positions of individual wire grid polarizers 16 and is configured so that each wire grid polarizer 16 is attached in the attachment part 31 turnably around a center C of a plane of the wire grid polarizer 16 as a shaft center. |
