PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise a peeling off preventing effect to water (moisture) after joining that can be joined without using an adhesive in laminating of a polyester film and a PPS film.SOLUTION: A film for electric insulation 1 that is structured by laminating a PPS film B at least on one surface of a polyester film A is formed by applying low temperature plasma processing to a faying surface of the polyester film A and PPS film B respectively, piling up the treated surfaces mutually and conducting thermal bonding without use of the adhesive, and the heat treatment is applied after the thermal bonding, and the thickness of the polyester film A is ≥25 μm, and ≤350 μm, and the thickness of the PPS film B is ≥9 μm and ≤50 μm, and the peel strength of 180-degree is ≥0.2 N/cm in a wet state and ≥1.0 N/cm in a dry state. |
