PURPOSE: A U-packing for a highly performance hydraulic cylinder rod sealing system is provided to have an effect to be stably used since a folding operation side of a curved-triangular backup is free from friction which is caused by the reciprocating motion of a rod, wear fatigue damage, scratching damage which is caused by an extrusion phenomenon, and oil leak. CONSTITUTION: A U-packing (1) for a highly performance hydraulic cylinder rod sealing system includes a curved-triangular recess unit (2) and a curved-triangular backup curved backup (3). The curved-triangular recess unit is formed on the inner circumference of the U-packing. The curved-triangular backup is injection molded to correspond to the curved-triangular recess unit. The curved-triangular backup is formed by being an insertion integral type. The material of the U-packing is a heat-resistance reformed NBR and HNBR group. The material of the curved-triangular backup is a PA group. |
