摘要 PURPOSE: A hybrid composite minimizes the amount of a lithium oxide and a lithium metal oxide formed and minimizes the volume change due to the charging and discharging of a battery. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid composite includes a first nanograin which is formed of semimetal formable alloy with lithium; and a second nanograin formed of the semimetal or the oxide thereof. One of the first nanograin is surrounded by two or more second nanograins. The first nanograin and the second nanograin have an average particle diameter of 0.1-100 nm. The hybrid composite is manufactured by mechanically mixing the semimetal particles and semimetal oxide particles with the ratio of oxygen to the semimetal of 0-1 in the hybrid composite.
