The invention relates to the machine-building industry, namely to mixers for mixing of bulk materials, intended primarily for preparation of food additives or combined feed.The mixer contains a horizontal body (1) with a paddle activator (2), a discharge opening (2) with a gate (5), located in the lower part of the body (1), which is provided with three pillars (9, 10), mounted on a support platform (21), on which are fixed three mass strain gauges, wherein are placed threaded articulated supports, the free ends of which are located in cylindrical grooves, made in the free ends of the pillars (9, 10). The gate (5) consists of a valve, fixed on an axle of rotation (6), mounted on bearings (7, 8), connected to the gate actuating unit, which includes a worm gearmotor (16), a chain transmission (17) and a setting lever with two end switches. The mixer further comprises a control unit, connected to the mass strain gauges and the gate actuating unit. |
