PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push latch mountable to a narrow place without a tool and adjustable in the attracting position. SOLUTION: The push latch includes: a first case member 10 formed with a first storage hole 11 opened at one end at least, formed with an internal thread part 12 on the inner peripheral surface of the first storage hole 11, and formed with an engaging part 13 engaged with an object 100 in a relatively unmovable manner when fittingly mounted to a mounting hole 103 formed in the object 100; a second case member 20 formed with an external thread part 25 on the outer peripheral surface, held in a first storage hole 11 when the external thread part 25 is screwed with the internal thread part 12 of the first case member 10, and formed with a second storage hole 21 opened to the one end side of the first case member 10; a sliding member 30 held in the second storage hole 21 and supported in a longitudinally slidable manner to the second case member 20; and a spring 90 held in the second storage hole 21 and energizing the sliding member 30 forward.
