The invention relates to a multifunctional natural alimentary additive and to a process for obtaining the same. The claimed additive comprises 1..97% grape (Vitis vinifera) extract and red onion (Allium cepa), red beet (Beta vulgaris) and tomatoes (Solanum lycopersicum) the percentage being expressed by mass. The claimed process consists in conditioning the raw material which is further on ground and subjected to maceration in the presence of alcohol, at a temperature of 20…80°C, for 1…7 days, while periodically stirring, then the macerate is filtered and the filtrate is concentrated on a water/oil bath, in vacuum, at a temperature of 20…80°C up to becoming dry, to result in a powdery product. |
