The invention relates to a multifunctional natural alimentary additive and to a process for obtaining the same. The claimed additive comprises 1..97% grape (Vitis vinifera) extract and red onion (Allium cepa), red beet (Beta vulgaris) and tomatoes (Solanum lycopersicum) the percentage being expressed by mass.
