Disclosed are organic semiconductor material having the general formula(I), Wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , R 6 and R 7 are C 1 -C 20 alkyl, n is an integer greater than 1 and less than or equal to 100. The preparation methods and application of said organic semiconductor materials are also disclosed. Said organic semiconductor materials possess improved stability and photoelectric conversion efficiency.
