The invention relates to a steering shaft processing device which is characterized in that a steering shaft processing member is firmly fixed respectively through a processing clamp head and a tail seat, a cone-shaped inclined face of the processing member arranged at an automobile steering wheel assembly position are taken as the center, a steering wheel joint part and a steering shaft bearing assembling part are processed at the same time on the processing member through a first processing part and a second processing part which are respectively arranged at two sides. The steering shaft processing device comprises the processing clamp head, the tail seat, the first processing part and the second processing part, wherein the processing clamp head is rotated through an electromotor, the processing clamp head is fixed at an end of the processing member, a cone-shaped inclined face of the processing member is formed by inserting the processing member in an automobile steering wheel assembling position, the tail seat can be inserted into the cone-shaped inclined face and can be used for supporting the cone-shaped inclined face, the tail seat can advance in the direction of the pressing clamp head or retreat from the processing clamp head, the first processing part and the second processing part are respectively arranged at two sides of the tail seat with the tail seat being the center, and the steering wheel joint part and the steering shaft bearing assembling part can be respectively processed on the processing member. |
