PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a copper precursor is provided to manufacture the copper precursor by using a copper salt, a hydrate, or a urea without an intermediate and synthesize the copper precursor at 100-120°C. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a copper precursor comprises steps of preparing an aqueous solution including a copper salt or a hydrate(S1); a step of preparing a mixture by mixing CO(NH2)2 with the aqueous solution(S2); and a step of synthesizing the copper precursor by heating the mixture at 100-120°C(S3). The copper salt or the hydrate is Cu(NO3)2·3H2O. The copper precursor is Cu2(NO3)(OH)3. In the step(S2), 12-200 parts by weight of CO(NH2)2 is mixed based on 100.0 parts by weight of the copper salt or the hydrate.
