摘要 The invention relates to a medical implant comprising a core, at least one linker L1, at least one biotin component B1, at least one biotin binding partner, at least one biotin component B2 and at least one biomolecule, wherein - the linker L1 comprises a proximal end and a distal end and is bound with the proximal end covalently to the core and with the distal end covalently to the biotin component B1, wherein between the bond of the linker L1 and the core and the bond of the linker L1 and the biotin component B1, continuous covalent bonds are present; - the biotin component B2 is covalently connected to the biomolecule; and - the biotin binding partner comprises at least one binding site S1 for the biotin component B1, to which the biotin component B1 is not covalently bound, and comprises at least one binding site S2 for the biotin component B2, to which the biotin component B2 is not covalently bound, wherein the biomolecule is selected from the group consisting of biopolymers, peptides and saccharides.
