The suction port is separated from suction region (22) on the wall surface of suction mount and the suction port is decoupled from suction unit through negative pressure. A rechargeable battery is held in drilling dust suction chamber (18) and detention suction chamber (33). A suction line (25) of the suction port is lead to flow opening (24).
