The system has an operational cover (1) with a guide pipe (2), a longitudinal strand (3) and an outer protective cover (4). The strand is bent up to 90 degree using an intake gate (7) that is formed into a wedge-shaped end and found between the guide pipe and a counter bearing (5) that is enclosed by the outer protective cover. Ends of the strand are bent over and pressed using a fastening unit (6) that is opposite to the counter bearing. The fastening unit or the counter bearing forms an overlap (9). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a modular connecting system (2) an assembly device for manufacturing a modular connection part.
