PURPOSE: A power-saving dielectric filter using a ceramic plastic body has silicon particles on the surface of wire, making the flow of the current fast. CONSTITUTION: A spacer (112) is formed in a housing. The housing has an accommodation space in the inside. A pair of electrodes (130a, 130b) is integrally formed with a ceramic plastic body (120). A fixing apparatus fixes the ceramic plastic body to the housing with a constant interval. A connector (140) connects a pair of electrodes to the load side in parallel.
