PURPOSE: A laser sealing apparatus and a method for manufacturing an organic light emitting diode display device are provided to uniform the temperature of a frit by easily controlling the energy density of a laser beam irradiated to the frit through a shielding unit on the opening part of a shutter. CONSTITUTION: A laser beam generating device (10) irradiates a laser beam (1). A shutter (20) is located on a laser beam path and partially blocks the laser beam. A substrate supporter (30) mounts a substrate (100) with a frit (300) to which the laser beam is irradiated via the shutter. An optical system (40) is located on the laser beam path between the laser beam generating device and the substrate and includes a cylindrical barrel (41) and a plurality of lenses. The lenses are interposed between the cylindrical barrels. A single fiber (50) is located between the optical system and the laser beam generating device.
