PURPOSE: A magnetic sensor using an adhesive containing a spacer is provided to determine the thickness of an adhered surface by a spacer having the fixed size, thereby remarkably reducing failure. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic sensor is formed by laminating plates (10) by using an adhesive (22). The plates are laminated by a medium of an adhesive layer (20) between the plates. A spacer (24) made of solid powder of non-conductive material is mixed with the adhesive and spread on the adhesive layer. The thickness of the adhesive layer is adjusted by uniformly distributing the spacer. |
