PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eyelash curler provided with a decorative jewel for performing fashion properties and a sense of accessories and making an eyelash curling work easy as well. SOLUTION: The eyelash curler includes a grip mechanism 3 consisting of handles 13 and 31 having ring handles 11 and 29 for the fingers being inserted into the bottoms of a pair of levers 7 and 9 rotatably supported by means of a shaft and an eyelash curling mechanism 5 for openably/closeably and replaceably/separably having a fixed part 23 and a movable part 39 by an action of the levers 7 and 9. At least one decorative jewels 47 are fixed to at least one side of the handles 13 and 31 of the levers 7 and 9. The jewel 47 includes a brilliant decorative part, a conical base 51 provided on the bottom of the decorative part and a surface treatment layer 53 provided on the surface of the base 51. Each of the handles 13 and 31 includes a conical hole 55 connectable with the surface of the base 51 of the jewel 47.
