a body;
a monitoring package (14) connected to the body;
an antenna (18) connected to the body;
the antenna being spaced from the monitoring package (14); and the body including an encapsulation material (42), wherein the body includes an encapsulation mold (46), having a bottom wall (44), wherein the bottom wall (44) has an inner surface and an outer surface, wherein the antenna (18) is disposed adjacent the outer surface of the bottom wall (44) and connected to the bottom wall of the encapsulation mold (46) by an adhesive (50).</p> |
