PURPOSE: A franchise store management application program is provided to facilitate sales management for the owner of a franchise store and to implement a menu preference survey, thereby increasing the sales of the store. CONSTITUTION: When a customer selects each menu item, an order system automatically transmits the selection to the owner of a franchise store through a text message or an e-mail, if necessary. A menu can be freely set up by using the menu items sold at the franchise store. Sales figures are automatically calculated by the unit of day, month, quarter, and specific period at the end of the day. After finishing all the food, a customer expresses satisfaction with the number of stars before paying for the food. An employee tip function is a function that the customer gives a tip to a specific employee if service of the employee was good, and can be used for satisfaction evaluation. |
