PURPOSE: A device for attaching/detaching molds by using an electromagnet is provided to improve the convenience by automatically stopping the operation of an injection molding device when the abnormal phenomenon such as incorrect mounting of the mold occurs. CONSTITUTION: A device for attaching/detaching molds by using an electromagnet comprises a device unit (100), a control unit (200), a power unit (300), and an interlocking unit of an injection molding device. The device unit includes a magnetic chuck (110), a magnetic saturation detecting sensor, and a proximity sensor. The control unit includes a magnetic chuck selecting module, a magnetic mode setting module, a clamp/unclamp selecting module, an LED display module, a button interface, a display module, and a memory module. The injection molding device is driven when an inputted saturation state value reaches the intensity of the magnetic force by comparing a saturation state value of a magnetic field of the magnetic chuck measured by the magnetic saturation detecting sensor with the intensity of the magnetic force inputted by the magnetic mode setting module. The driving of the injection molding device is stopped when the separation of the mold and the magnetic chuck is sensed by the proximity sensor. |
