PURPOSE: A screw thread fault sensing device of a vehicle front sub frame coupling bolt is provided to determine whether the fault is present by inserting and storing a coupling bolt into a body, thereby increasing the efficiency according to the manufacturing process by easily and rapidly performing the determining process. CONSTITUTION: A screw thread fault sensing device of a vehicle front sub frame coupling bolt includes a body (100) and a discriminator (200). A place surface (110) is formed in the body to be penetrated so as to receive and discharge a coupling bolt (10) formed to have a guide part which is smaller than the tip end of a screw thread part and extends from the tip end of a screw thread part. In a case where the distance between the guide part protruding outward of the place surface and the discriminator is in the preset distance, the discriminator determines the coupling bolt as a fault. The place surface is vertically formed. The place surface is formed to have a cylinder shape and to be stepped in two stages. |
