<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic vibration instrument and its manufacturing method having a guide wire non-impairing functions that the guide wire should have originally such as a push-in property, a torque transmission property, durability and distal flexibility, and preventing from being broken by ultrasonic vibrations; facilitating a destruction process of an obstruent; and having advantages in the manufacturing and cost aspects and working efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This guide wire 20 is provided with an elongated core wire 21, a coil section 23 mounted to the periphery of the distal end of the core wire 21, and a buffer member 24 disposed between the coil section 23 and the core wire 21 and buffering a collision between the outer face of the core wire 21 and the inner face of the coil section 23 by the ultrasonic vibrations. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
