<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a registration request system for notifying a plurality of application servers of a position registration request so that loads are made equal. <P>SOLUTION: In a registration request system including a proxy server 103 for notifying a registration request and a plurality of application servers 104, 105 and 106 for transmitting contract information related with the contract of a mobile unit according to notification to a proxy server 103, the application servers 104, 105 and 106 are provided with: a contract information storage part 207 for storing contract information; a memory management part 205 for generating congestion level information on the basis of the largest number of contract information which is stored by the contract information storage part 207 and the number of actually stored contact information; and a communication part 204 for transmitting the congestion level information. The proxy server 103 includes a communication part 201 for receiving the congestion level information and an analyzing part 202 and a selection table 203 for selecting the application server whose registration request has been made on the basis of the congestion level information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
