<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management method and a production management method for easily and properly determining the priority of a lot. <P>SOLUTION: On the basis of the finished planning date and time of a first lot when prescribed processing is successively executed in a plurality of processs held by a production line, a current process date and time when the first lot exists in the current process, and the total value of processing time in the residual processs of the first lot, the priority of the first lot is calculated.
