The present invention provides an engineering machine which can prevent abrasion and damage of a middle housing that is formed by elastic material, and ensures cooling efficiency and improves reliability. The engineering machine of the invention is provided with a heat exchanger side jointing projection (26) on a heat exchanger side housing (23). Furthermore a middle housing (25) is provided with a middle housing side jointing projection (27). Even when a displacement inclination occurs in a circumferential direction relative to the heat exchanger side housing (23) along with vibration and swinging of an engine (8) in operation of a hydraulic excavator (1), the middle housing side jointing projection (27) abuts against the heat exchanger side jointing projection (26) in the circumferential direction. Therefore, displacement of the middle housing (25) in the circumferential direction can be prevented, thereby preventing abrasion and damage of the middle housing (25).
