<p>PURPOSE: A composition for immune boosting including the epitope and oligonucleotide captured in liposome is provided to be used for treating and preventing various immune deficiency-related diseases such as cancers, influenza virus, hepatitis C virus, and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) through immune boosting. CONSTITUTION: A composition for immune boosting contains immunostimulant oligonucleotide and epitope captured in liposome including an anionic surfactant and neutral phospholipid as active ingredients. The anionic surfactant is cholesterylhemisuccinate (CHEMS). The neutral phospholipid is selected from the group consisting of phosphatidylcholine, dipalmitoyl phosphatidyl choline (DPPC), 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DSPC), dimyristoylphosphatidylcholine (DMPC), cholesterol, polyethylene glycolphosphatidyl ethanolamine (PEG-PE), dioleoyl phosphatidyl choline (DOPC), and dioleyl phosphatidyl ethanolamine (DOPE).</p> |
