PURPOSE: A heat supply device is provided to enable the precise adjustment of hot water temperature by sending a part of hot water to a hot water heating unit and making the rest of hot water bypass the hot water heating unit. CONSTITUTION: A heat supply device comprises an electrical heating source, a gas type heating source, a control unit, and an operation unit. The control unit controls the operation of the gas type heating source and the electrical heating source. The operation unit is connected to the control unit and enables a user to turn on or off the device. The operation unit has a display unit (100) to display information about the user. The display unit displays advice information about the method of use when the user turns off the device.
