摘要 PURPOSE: A reliability oriented maintenance management method extracting optimal preventive inspection and a maintenance method and a period are provided to prevent malfunctions and failure by facility by performing failure mode and effect analysis (FEMA) and mean time between failures (MTBF) by facility. CONSTITUTION: A reliability oriented maintenance management method of a power generation facility includes a step (S10) of receiving operation information from a real time operation information system, a step (S20) of receiving maintenance information from a power generation facility management system, a step (S30) of deciding a reliability analysis target system for failure prevention from the operation information and the maintenance information, steps (S40,S50) allocating a function of the decided reliability analysis target system and allocating function failure, steps (S60,S70) of allocating the entire facility from facility list information by function failure and analyzing the effect of the function failure on the each facility, a step (S80) deciding preventive inspection and maintenance job for function failure prevention, a step (S90) of deciding a preventive inspection and maintenance period through Weibull distribution analysis by receiving mean time before failure (MTBT) data and steps of (S100,S110) comparing the decided preventive inspection and maintenance job with an existing preventive inspection and maintenance reference and deciding an optimal preventive inspection and maintenance reference.
