PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing weldless bonding cable tray uses the clinching method, reducing producing time. CONSTITUTION: A pair of side-rails (110) is installed in parallel with a certain interval. Multiple horizontal frames (120) cross the side-rail with a certain interval. A flange (121) is formed in both ends of the horizontal frame. The flange contacts to the inner side of the side-rail. The side-rail and the horizontal frame are combined.
