PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively run insulation oil to a cooling oil passage of a transformer coil on top of restraining height, and to improve a cooling effect of a transformer content. SOLUTION: This vehicular transformer is structured such that the transformer content 2 is arranged in a tank 1 forcibly circulating cooling insulation oil 4 to set the extension direction of the cooling oil passage 11 parallel with the bottom face of the tank 1 to restrain the height. In the vehicular transformer, the inside of the tank 1 is partitioned into an oil entrance-side space 23 and an oil exit-side space 24 by a partition plate 13, and an oil guiding hole 18 corresponding to the cooling oil passage 11 of the transformer coil 6 is formed on the partition plate 13. The insulation oil 4 flowing in the oil entrance-side space 23 from an oil entrance 3a concentrically flows in the cooling oil passage 11 from the oil guiding hole 18, the flow speed of the insulation oil 4 required for cooling respective coils 8 and 10 of the transformer coil 6 can be secured, and the cooling effect of the transformer content 2 can be improved.
