PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IP-PBX in which the time after restarting the IP-PBX before starting login operation of IP terminals can be shortened. SOLUTION: An IP terminal 4 puts the MAC address and the IP address of its own terminal on a login request signal being transmitted to the main control section 21 of an IP-PBX1. Based on the MAC address of the IP terminal 4, the main control section 21 reads out the terminal number of the IP terminal 4 from the IP terminal MAC address information 241 in a station data storage section 24 through a station data control section 22. The main control section 21 writes the IP address included in the login request signal and the terminal number acquired through the station data control section 22 in the IP terminal IP address information 251 at a login information storage section 25 through a login information control section 23, and writes the IP terminal IP address information 251 in the IP terminal IP address information 321 in the login information storage section 32 of a data storage section 3.
