PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To virtually bring a display screen wide view even when the display screen of a portable terminal has to be narrowed because of respect for portability. SOLUTION: The whole 10 of one screen is divided into a first half part 1 and a second half part 2 and these half parts 1, 2 are respectively divided into a plurality of oblong sections 1a to 1e and 2a to 2e. Then respective sections of the first and second half parts 1, 2 are alternately rearranged. A liquid crystal screen 20 is arranged so as to be divided into a segment group 21a to 21e rectangular to one direction 30 and a segment group 22a to 22e rectangular to the other direction 40. The sections 1a to 1e of the first half part 1 of the screen are correspondingly displayed on the segments 21a to 21e and the sections 2a to 2e of the second half part 2 of the screen are correspondingly displayed on the segments 22a to 22e. Thereby, the first half part 1 can be viewed from the direction 30 and the second half part 2 can be viewed from the direction 40, so that the display screen is virtually enlarged.
