PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier laminated film with high gas barrier properties while securing high transparency by smoothing minute irregularities on a transparent substrate surface and forming an inorganic oxide layer on the smoothed surface. SOLUTION: In a transparent gas barrier laminated film composed by laminating a gas barrier layer on at least one side surface of a transparent substrate, a gas barrier laminated film 1 is characterized in that, the barrier layer is composed by sequentially laminating an organic compound layer 3 comprising one or more layers of the organic compound film and an inorganic compound layer 4 comprising one or more layers of the inorganic film, that the organic compound film contacting the inorganic compound layer 4 contains one or more compounds having a Si atom or F atom, that the film thickness of the organic compound layer 3 is 10 nm or more and 1 μm or less and that the film thickness of the inorganic oxide layer 4 is 5 nm or more and 500 nm or less.
